Call for Papers: Edited Volume on the Influence of Geoffrey Holder (June 11, 2020)




Authors are encouraged to submit a current CV and a chapter abstract of no more than 500 words that addresses one of the themes listed in the call for proposals (attached below), or a topic of one’s own choosing. Access to the Holder archives at Emory University, the Smithsonian Museum of African American History and Culture and his estate in New York City will be facilitated for all selected writers during the development of this book project.


The deadline for abstracts is July 31. Please direct interested authors to submit abstracts to ghbp2021@gmail.com.
